Identify potential add-on services * Work with the Creative Group Portfolio Manager to write detailed proposals and cost estimates. * Follow up with prospects and current customers to ensure their needs are being met. * Send reminder communications to past clients of Pioneer Technologies Creative Group’s list of available services. * Analyze trends or techniques used by competing agencies to recommend changes to Portfolio Manager on markets and offerings. * Participate in networking events and on committees to identify and qualify opportunities and new prospects for the Pioneer Technologies Creative Group. * Support the Project Task Lead to ensure the efforts of various team members (graphic designers, web designers, creative directors, project managers, SEO specialists, copywriters, etc.) and components (print, web, broadcast, social, etc.) align with the client's goals. * Meet weekly sales goals by planning and scheduling appointments.

(Desired, not required) Social Media Management Responsibilities: * Weekly and monthly updates to Pioneer Technologies website blog, LinkedIn company page and groups, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and Instagram. * Develop and execute strategy to reach out to Project Task Leads for accomplishment/event information to post on social media profiles. * Work with the PTC Team to collect content for posting.

In search of office personnel for busy specialty practice located in Destin. The right candidate would need to be trained to handle multiple positions within the practice as they will fill in when schedule is heavy or when another employee is out of the office.

These duties could include answering multi-line phone system, clearing of incoming fax folder, checking patients into the system as they show up for their appointments, taking and entering co-pays, preparation of medical records, accurate documentation in patient EMR as needed, registering new patients and scheduling of new or existing patients. Other duties could be added upon training.

Our hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with some days being until 5:00 p.m. Saturday clinic temporarily from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
